Not a bad day overall, but I really looked at my total journal today and realized that I eat a TON of carbs!!!! Oy!! Need to add more protein to my intake. Also, I am struggling with getting my two milks in each day; I am unsure about what can be counted as a serving of milk other then actual milk. Can anyone help me out???

I just got my materials today, so I haven't had the chance to go through all of them yet, but wouldn't cheese count as a milk?

ReplyDeleteSecondly, yogurt and cheese definitely count! To get more servings in try making your oatmeal with milk and definitely go buy some yogurt. The WW brand as well as Danon Light & Fit both have a points plus value of two I believe. I used to buy the Yoplait Light, but it went up to three points! Also, they have WW brand string cheese which is an awesome take-a-long snack!
