Menu Plan Monday: 8/15/2011


Monday: Honey Mustard Chicken, Green Beans
Tuesday: Grilled Steak Tips, Rice, Salad
Wednesday: Teriyaki Chicken over Whole Wheat Couscous
Thursday: Talapia stuffed with shrimp and herbs
Friday: Pizza with LOTS of veggies!
Saturday: Marinated Pork Chops on the grill
Sunday: Spaghetti with homemade sauce

Menu Plan Monday: Week Four

It's been some time since I have participated in MPM and I so need to get back on the band wagon!! 
So here we go:


Monday: TBD
Tuesday: Sandwiches / Watermelon
Wednesday: Left-Overs (either pork or chicken)
Thursday: Scrambled Eggs
Saturday: Spaghetti / Garlic Bread
Sunday: Burgers / Cut up fresh veggies / Fries

Menu Plan Monday: Week Three


My DH is returning to 2nd shift for his job beginning Tuesday so it will be just my DD and myself for dinner each night of the work week.  It will be an interesting adjustment for us all where meal times are concerned.  I am going to try and make lunches that we can eat as a family for now while I am still on summer break.

Monday: Chicken in Sour Cream (I am using fat free alternatives to the sour cream and soup to make it Weight Watcher friendly = 5 pts per serving)

Tuesday: Grilled Cheese and Soup

Wednesday: Sneaky Chef Pancakes and watermelon

Thursday: Marinated Chic Breasts

Friday: Spaghetti

Saturday: Mesquite BBQ Pork Loin and salad

Sunday: Homemade Burgers on the grill and french fries

Menu Plan Monday: Week Two


Monday: McDonalds

Tuesday: crock pot Baked  Potatoes with all the fixins and salad

Wednesday: BBQ/Grape Jelly Boneless Pork Ribs in the crock pot

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Breakfast for dinner

Saturday: Homemade burgers

Sunday: Steak Tip Salad

Menu Plan Monday: Week One

I have been following a blog called "I'm An Organizing Junkie".  She has some wonderful ideas and great inspiring posts so I am trying to learn from her.  On of her features is called Menu Plan Monday, where each Monday she posts what she is planning for her families menu for the week and encourages others to link up; what a great place to get recipe ideas!  So here is my first post and link up:



Monday: Frozen meals (we have a wake to attend this evening)


Tuesday: Marinated chicken. crock pot baked potatoes, salad

Wednesday: Kielbasa, corn on the cob

Thursday: Black Brimmer

Friday: Pork Boneless Ribs on the grill, ???

Saturday: Spaghetti, garlic bread

Sunday: Homemade burgers, fries, salad
