As you can tell from my journal today, I did NOT make good food choices!!! I know for sure it is because I did not plan ahead! Planning ahead makes it so much easier for me. I did know we were going to have pizza for dinner so I should have planned my day according to that, but I did not. We desperately need to go grocery shopping so we are down to left overs and bare bones, which is not at all helpful. Le sigh....

You absolutely do NOT have to listen to me lol but maybe you could save some points if you cut your portions back a little bit. That was the hardest part for me, but it gets easier with time. Since Points Plus started I try to eat two veggies and some fruit with every meal, and I eat it first. I also try to eat slower (very hard for me to do) so that I will fill up on that first. Hope this helps...I swear losing all of this weight is the hardest thing I have ever attempted! :)

ReplyDeleteStephanie, I too LOVE pizza! Normally we will make them on english muffins or pita bread, but we had company so it was easier to order out!
I know alll about that! Lol this week has been a killer for me and my emotions!
