Health and Body Image

1) If you could magically change one thing about your body, what would it be? My stomach.  Blech.  Being over weight for several years and then getting pregnant have wrecked my stomach.  Not to mention the road map of stretch marks I have thanks to my sweet 3 year old! 

2) What is your best physical feature? My eyes.  They are a nice shade of blue! 

3) Do you weigh yourself daily? Hourly? Weekly? Bi-weekly? Never? Mondays are my weigh in day and I do it weekly.  Sometimes I might hope on the scale mid-week to see where I stand, but I try not to do that too often as I drive myself mad!

4) Do you workout regularly? If so, how does if affect you from day to day? I has been doing great with that, but the past few weeks have been a struggle concerning anything weight loss related.  When I was working out regularly it made me feel great and pumped to exercise again!  Gave me a real sense of accomplishment.

5) What is the healthiest thing you do for yourself on a regular basis? Drink water!!!!  I drink lots of water each day; my bladder doesn’t like it much I tell ya. 

6) If you could look like a celebrity, who would you choose to look like? Hmmm…. Not any one in particular; just like to be a bit thinner and healthier like most of them are. 

7) What do you do to make yourself feel pretty/handsome?Color my hair! Hehe.. Yep, I am one of those lucky premature grey people! WOO HOO!! 

  8) What are you most attracted to in the opposite sex? Kindess and gentleness.  A cute butt helps too!  ;)

  9) Have you ever avoided situations because you didn't want people to see your body shape?  Heck YES! We are beach go-ers.  I however NEVER wear a bathing suit to the beach.  Heck no.  There are too many other hot boded people that make me feel just awful about myself.

10) How do you feel about your overall appearance? Hmmm.. Pretty crappy.  I am trying really hard to feel good about myself, but I just haven’t lost quite enough weight to see or feel much of a difference

    Motivation is one of the hardest things to find and keep while losing weight - I'm struggling with the same thing.

  3. It takes time to get into a groove then it takes effort to stay in the groove. I definitely know all about this. ;) But I can also tell you that it's worth doing because before long you'll start to appreciate yourself as you'll see positives instead of faults. Do your best will pay off..really...
