Exercise!!
Yep, I got up and exercised this morning even though I went to bed WAY to late last night and slept poorly. I am so glad I followed through and hopped on the elliptical even if it was only for 20 minutes! Hey, in that 20 mins I burned 195 calories!

ReplyDeleteThat's great! How do you burn so many calories? When I do 20 minutes I only burn like 110. Do you do a higher resistance?

Ashley, I go at it at a high rpm so I find I burn more calories!!! :)
