C25K: Elliptical Style

I was itching to do some real sweat causing exercise tonight so I hopped on our elliptical machine and did W3D3 again.  During the intervals that I was supposed to be walking I kept the RPM at 43-45 and when I was "running" I did between 55-60.  I felt great when I was done and was sweating pretty heavily!  I haven't used that this in a long time; its been sitting around being a dust magnet and I forgot just how good it feels to complete a work out on it!!!  YAY! I am so close to get running again!! WOO HOO! My goal is to run again on Monday!  It will be over a week since my last run and that makes me nervous, but I know I can do it!
