What are your goals for the Spring Fever Challenge? Why did you choose them?
1. Lose 8lbs! If I lose the 8 by the end of this challenge I will down to 134lbs! YAHOO!! That will put me super close to my ultimate goal of 128lbs!
2. Exercise 3x a week! I know exercise is the KEY to my losing weight!
3. Start the C25k program again and work towards completing it. I started working on this program last summer and made it only through the 4th week. I am going to try again!!!
4. Scrapbook more! I am so far behind on my scrapping and its just depressing me!!!
5. Read more! I love to read and find it very relaxing. I need some stress relievers in my life and reading is a great way!
6. Continue cleaning, organizing, and purging in my home! I made great progress with this in the Winter Challenge and I am so motivated to keep working at it!

What is your plan of action to make them happen?
I am just going to give them my all and try my best! That's all I can do!
What does this challenge mean to you?
The last challenge we did over the winter was a great anchor for me!!! I am hoping this one will serve the same purpose as well!!!
Fun Question of the Week: Let's get to know each other! What is something most people (er... fellow bloggers) don't know about you?
Hmmm... what to share? What to share? I was born in California, but moved with my family to New England when I was 11; we dealt with a very large earth quake in CA and my dad decided he had enough fun! Hehe... My family is originally from New England, but they moved out there for health reasons of my grandfather.
Great goals! You're so close to your goal weight so I hope you're able to make it! You know, you're the second person to mention the C25K challenge . . . I may need to look into this. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI hope you can reach those 8 pounds - it's a relatively small number in regards to what I see you've already lost, but it still won't be easy!

ReplyDeleteI've heard great things about the C25K program - I hope you enjoy it! I've also made a goal to do some major organizing and purging at my house. It will feel so good to get that done! Great list - I look forward to following along on your journey!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the purging goal!! I love to purge...makes me feel cleansed as well as good (because a local charity gets the goods)!!
ReplyDeleteAnd scrapbooking...I'd love to learn but my attention span is like 2 cm long!
I want to read more, too! It's so relaxing. Quite a few of my 101-in-1001 goals are reading-related, so I'd like to get work on those done for my SFC goal of knocking out three 101-in-1001's! ♥ Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your goals. Happy Monday!
