I think I need some accountability each day and I think if I am BRUTALLY honest here on my blog about my day to day eating and exercise I will be more real with myself. So here ya go...
Breakfast
1 oz banana bread w/out nuts - 5pts

1 c turkey chilli w/out beans - 3pts

Dinner
1/3 of Fire Roasted Vegetable Risotto (no idea on the pts of this as it was date night for DH and I)
house salad

Snacks
cup of coffee w/ splenda and 1/4 c of milk - 1pt
Exercise
2 mile WATP dvd - earned 2 activity pts

Hi there! New follower here. =) I find that brutal honesty is the best policy! Sometimes I really don't want to confess to my dieting sins, but I always feel better once I get things out there. Look forward to following your jouney!
