I WI at home this week since I couldn't make it to a meeting; I am up a bit.  Gotta get back in the saddle again.  Just don't know how....  :(

  1. Start over, re-read week 1 materials. and/or focus on one thing at a time, start with water or tracking or excercise. Once you get comfortable with that, add another thing... you got this!
