And I am afraid its going to bite me in the ass come next Friday! It's only Saturday night and I have been out to eat
FOUR times since Friday afternoon. I am really going to have to work my butt off to try and and lose or even maintain this week! I am already anxious about and I don't weigh in for another 5 days! UGH. I will need to exercise every day for the rest of the week to have any hope of losing. All I can do is put my best foot forward and do my best. I've got to remember the losing weight is a journey and not something that will happen easily or overnight, for that matter.
