Ugh. I dont get it. I am so upset. I did well sticking with my pts this week and I just can't figure it out. I changed pt ranges this week so I dont know if my body freaked out from the lack of 2 extra pts a day or what? Well guess what body? You won and got the 2 pts back. Sigh.
I really want to be down my first 10lbs by my 5 year wedding anniversary; not that 10 lbs will be a large noticeable change, but in my mind it will make me feel great! DH and I are going out on the town for it and I want to feel thinner while I am on his arm walking around. I have only 4.4 lbs to go so I am going to have to work hard to get there.
I know the key for me is exercise. Ugh. I just HATE exercising. Its time consuming and BORING. I have yet to find something that I enjoy. Guess I'll have to keep trying until I find something if I want my journey as a whole to be successful!
I found an AP for my iTouch that allows me to track my pts. Its very easy to use and can be customized to your needs/wants. It has a bit of a learning curve, but so far it was worth the $5. I can sync the program to their online system so should something happen to my iTouch I won't lose all my data.
I am having a really hard time on the weekends. I fall off the wagon when the weekends come around as we often eat out a few times on the weekend and eating out is one of my many down falls. Ick. By the time the weekends roll around my flew points are already gone and I say, "Eh, forget it!!!" I am going to begin weighing myself on Fridays so that I have all my flex points for when the weekends are here and it gives me a bit more options.
