Yup, I am up.  Oh well.  Doesn't surprise me. I was a slacker last week.  Time to get back in the saddle!!!  :)

Current Weight: Week Four

175.2

That's only -.2, but at least its a LOSS! This weekend was FULL of not weight loss friendly foods so I am thankful for what I did lose. I need to start coming up with a better plan for the weekends. I can't let me weekends sabotage my entire week that I have worked hard at!!!
