Feeling Sorry for Myself Post

Yep, its going to be one of those self loathing, put down, feeling sorry for myself post so if you don't want to "hear" it ..... now is your time to run away screaming or covering your ears shouting, "LA LA LA!!!"  (Don't blame you if you do.... I won't be mad!) 

Ok, I have had a few HORRIBLE weeks on WW and am so upset with myself.  I have BARELY counted any points and if I start off my day well, I BLOW it in large proportions by the end of the day.  I just can't figure out what my problem is; I just can't be bothered.  I am wasting my own money and its killing me since its money is tight right now and the holidays are quickly approaching.  I was doing really well over the summer while I was running and now that I have gone back to work I have just gotten really really pathetically lazy and just can't get my ass in gear.  What is wrong with me? Why can't I beat food??????  Why must I let it CONTROL me?!?!?  I have tons of support from my family, but I just can't seem to do it. This is like the 5th time I have attempted to lose the weight for good and I just can't seem to get this thing right.

Please forgive me as I wallow in the mud with the pigs....

1)   Do you prefer talking or texting? Honestly, I just joined the wonderful world of texting back in early summer!!  Shocking, huh?  Texting is fun and I often use it as a way to deal with conversations I don’t want to have via voice.  I know that’s bad and I am trying really hard to NOT do that.  I really think I could be a hermit and live alone and be completely happy.

2) Do you make your bed everyday? DH and I are really bad about making our bed.  He works 2nd shift so he gets up much later then I do every day.  I always pull the covers on my side up when I get up and sometimes DH does and sometimes not.

3) What sounds do you hear right now? My daughter breathing through a stuffy nose and the TV.

4) List three things that you always carry with you: My cell phone, iPod Touch, and ear buds.

5) What are your favorite TV shows?  Oh boy, I have a TON!  House, Dancing with the Stars, Glee, So You Think You Can Dance, The Office, Biggest Loser, Grey’s, Private Practice, Fringe, Warehouse 13, The Sanctuary, The Little Couple…. See I told you there were MANY! I am a TV junkie for sure!

6) Is there a hobby that you'd like to devote more time to? If so, what is it? I love, love, love scrapbooking, but I haven’t done it in months.  

7) What is your favorite drink?  Coke.  Yep, I love my coke.  I try to keep it to one a day and sometimes none at all. 

8) Share a couple of cool facts about your family: I am an only child.  My husband is one of 5!  Our daughter will probably be an only child!
 
9) List one thing that you will do for yourself today: Enjoy my family!  I have the day off!  

10) Share something that you're thankful for today: The fact that I have a husband who is so caring and a great dad!  He takes such good care of his two girls and I am so thankful for him.  I don’t tell him often enough how much I appreciate him.

Current Weight: Week 10

167.8 (-2.8)!!! YAHOOO!!!!! I am so thrilled being down this week! Its been a few weeks since I have had a good loss! Not only was it a great loss, but I hit my 5% target and made 10lbs!!!!
